How accurate are the translations?

LingualShift uses Anthropic's Claude AI for high-quality tone translations. Results are generally excellent but AI translations may occasionally contain errors. Do not rely on translations for legal, medical, or safety-critical purposes.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open LingualShift → Settings → Subscription → tap "Restore purchases." Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

How do I delete my account?

Open LingualShift → Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete account." This permanently deletes your account and all translation history. This action cannot be undone.

Why is my translation limit 5 per day?

The free tier includes 5 translations per day. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited translations.

What languages are supported?

LingualShift supports 50+ languages including English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Korean, Arabic, Hindi, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Turkish, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, and many more.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your translation text is sent to Anthropic's API for processing only — it is not stored by Anthropic or used for training. Your translation history is stored securely in our database. You can delete all your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

I found a bug — how do I report it?
