Athletic Progression LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the LingualShift mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.
Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier and, if you choose to share it, your name and email address.
Translation Data: Text you submit for translation is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for processing. We store your translation history in our secure database (Supabase) to provide the history and sync features.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the App, including translation count, selected languages, and subscription status.
Purchase Information: Subscription purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never your payment details.
Anthropic Claude API: Your translation text is sent to Anthropic for processing. Anthropic does not store your text or use it for model training per their API Terms of Service. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Supabase: We use Supabase for authentication and database storage. Your data is stored securely with row-level security enforced. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
Apple: Sign In with Apple and in-app purchases are handled by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
We retain your account data and translation history for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Settings screen in the App. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), row-level database security, and secure authentication via Apple Sign In. We never store payment information.
LingualShift is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
